Nusili Beans
Einkauf
1 small package of black eyed beans
1 Yam
1 package of dry fish
Hot Pepper
Salt
Zubereitung
Yam: Yam must be good and fresh. Handling is important: Don't touch anything else until Yam is peeled with knife. Throw away the peel immediately, then wash your hands very good. Yam has hot and tickling liquids.
Cook the beans and yam until soft. Cook the fish, then mingle together in a big pot. Salt and add hot pepper.
